If your Church has a building, then it has Infrastructure Needs. There will be one or more doors that need to be locked and unlocked. There may be steps and/or a ramp to those doors. There will probably be a parking lot. The buildings will need services – e.g. electricity, water, sewer, Internet.

Someone in the Church needs to be concerned with the infrastructure needs of the Church. Typically, there is a group known as the trustees who take care of this. The pastor should be able to focus on the Spiritual Needs of the Church.
